  I came here in 2013, worst dental experience of my life. First time was just a cleaning which was fine. Second time was a root canal, which I guess was ok as root canals go... third time was to put a post and crown. First mistake was the dentist forgot to put Novocain and I felt the worst pain I had ever felt in my life, after he put the Novocain I was ok but then they took several impressions of my teeth, they kept saying the impressions weren't coming in clear so they took more. It turned out the impressions weren't coming in clearly because I was biting down on my numb cheek. The next day the receptionist called because I gave her an out of date insurance card, so I updated it and while I had her on the phone I explained what had happened (that the dentist forgot to use Novocain, then after he did I was chewing on my numb cheek during them taking the impressions and that now my cheek was raw and half was chewed through) and her response was very defensive and she said "what do you want me to do about it?"... I don't know, Say I'm sorry?? My insurance company backed me all the way. I didn't have to pay for any of that misery. Hopefully this place has fired the guy who worked on me but I would steer clear and find a more reputable place if I were you.
