  We just had our very first appointment with Dr. Drayer, who came highly recommended by a trusted friend. We had such a positive experience and will definitely be recommending him to others! He was so kind and gentle with my daughter and frequently asked how she was doing at each step. He really took the time to explain everything to us in depth and we felt empowered in what we had to do with my daughter's new brace care. He was so effective that my 10 year old daughter is even better with her brace care than even me (ie, "Mom, why are you giving me that snack? You know I am not supposed to have that."). She is taking ownership of brushing properly with her new braces, too. We ended our appointment with Dr. Drayer's reassurance that if anything comes up and we need him, to contact him right away and he will get right on it. He said, "We are on our way to a beautiful smile!" Love that! We feel very confident and reassured that we chose the best orthodontist for my daughter.

  Dr. Drayer is a very skilled and wonderful doctor. He takes the time to explain his treatment plan and works with you to get the best results. His staff is always helpful and courteous.

  They do NOT have the patient's best interests at heart. They tried to rush me to begin treatment for oral surgery, and in the end I told them no. They charged me full price for taking dental records and then went behind my back and submitted a claim for the records to my insurance! I only realized 7 months later after talking to my insurance company.
